      "abstract": "This article provides a scholarly analysis of Uzbekistan\u2019s foreign policy and its cooperation with international organizations in the post-independence period. Constitutional principles and the foreign policy concept developed by the first President, Islam Karimov, established the country\u2019s priority directions. Uzbekistan\u2019s relations with the UN, UNESCO, the World Health Organization, and the IAEA, its membership processes, and joint programs are examined. Furthermore, initiatives to strengthen security in Central Asia, address Afghanistan, and establish a nuclear-free zone highlight the country\u2019s strategic international role.",
