The study employs analytical-critical methods, systematic literature review, and comparative contextual analysis. The findings reveal that visual art performs communicative, identificational, emotional, and critical functions, significantly influencing public consciousness and facilitating social change. The development of visual culture expands the impact of art on society. In conclusion, visual art acts as an active agent of social transformation, gaining increasing theoretical and practical significance in contemporary society.
