abstract: In the context of contemporary globalization and socio-political developments, the issue of systematically guiding and stabilizing the transformations occurring within the system of human spiritual and moral values is becoming increasingly relevant. In an information-based society, where various mechanisms of ideological influence on human consciousness and inner world are intensifying, it is of particular scientific and practical importance to regulate processes of cultural interaction on a normative basis, ensure the priority of universal and spiritual-moral values, and rely on the principle of historicism in adhering to intellectual ideals and normative standards. In such a complex global context, Muhammad Said Ramadan al-Buti is recognized as one of the prominent scholars who provided well-founded responses to emerging issues in modern Islamic studies and advanced a balanced approach to analyzing socio-spiritual processes.
