Physical gestures, facial expressions, eye contact and body movements are considered as important elements of communication between the guest and the host beyond the means of language. Linguopragmatic analysis, observation and comparison methods were used as the research methodology. Based on foreign literature and practical experience in the field of tourism, the importance of gestures and body language in intercultural communication is substantiated.
