N2  - This article analyses the essence, types and creation technologies of software tools aimed at developing students? digital literacy in the context of interdisciplinary integration. The study examines pedagogical design models based on modern approaches to the development of digital educational resources ? STEAM, competence-based and constructivist approaches. The author proposes a classification of software tools based on interdisciplinary integration, as well as a step-by-step technological model for their creation. The results of the experimental analysis showed that software tools based on interdisciplinary integration provide high efficiency in the formation of students? digital competences. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of an interdisciplinary integrative model for creating software tools that develop digital literacy.
