abstract: The article explores the process of forming the spiritual image of future teachers based on a systemic approach, analyzing the structural and functional components of the pedagogical system. The author interprets spirituality as a result of cultural development and the harmony between the internal and external self of the individual, revealing its cognitive, emotional, and axiological components. The scientific and pedagogical potential of systemic analysis and its intrinsic link with professional excellence are demonstrated as the methodological basis for developing the spiritual image.
