abstract: This article discusses the pedagogical and methodological aspects of developing listening comprehension competence among students of technical fields. In modern education, listening skills play a crucial role as they contribute to the formation of professional communicative competence. The study analyzes ways to improve listening skills through interactive methods, audiovisual tools, and digital technologies. The effectiveness of using authentic technical materials is also justified.
