abstract: The formation of an innovative culture of both the individual and society is considered one of the most pressing social issues. The purpose of this article is to study the functions of innovative culture that can be identified through the analysis of mechanisms of personal adaptation to social changes in various spheres of public life. The innovative culture of society not only ensures the continuous creation and implementation of new ideas but also includes mechanisms that enable individuals to adapt to changes in different areas of life. The article also examines the influence of innovative culture on social integration, value systems, motivation, and the development of knowledge.
