An anthropocentric approach is substantiated, in which the individual is viewed as the central subject of the security system. Based on the ideas of M. Foucault, J. Habermas, and M. Castells, the study analyzes the power, communicative, and network mechanisms of the digital environment that influence human autonomy, identity, and privacy. A conceptual model of interaction between the individual, the state, society, and technologies is proposed, within which security is understood as a dynamic process determined by social, legal, and technological factors.2026-01-01Article
