%X This article examines the role of the mahalla institution as a key component of socio-spiritual stability in the context of New Uzbekistan. The study concludes that the mahalla functionsas a crucial platform within the “family–mahalla–school” framework, contributing to theformation of patriotic values, moral resilience, and active citizenship among youth.
