It shows that the Russian-Uzbek pair is absent among the 31 bilingual pairs of the Russian National Corpus and that no dedicated writer corpus for this pair has yet been built in Uzbekistan. The proposed design relies on XML and the TEI P5 scheme, sentence alignment by HunAlign and LF Aligner, and morphological annotation through MyStem and UzMorphAnalyzer.
