      "abstract": "This article examines the psychological significance of reflection in the process of personal self-awareness. Reflection is interpreted as an individual\u2019s ability to understand, analyze, and evaluate their own thoughts, emotions, actions, values, and life positions. Personal self-awareness is a complex psychological phenomenon related to the formation of self-concept, self-esteem, social roles, individual characteristics, and inner potential. The article discusses the role of reflection in personal development, emotional stability, social adaptation, self-regulation, and responsible decision-making. Particular attention is paid to the fact that the development of reflective abilities contributes to critical thinking, conscious behavior, adequate self-assessment, and psychological maturity.",
