The analysis is based on a corpus of Uzbek polysemantic phraseological units, whose realizations are comparatively explored across literary, journalistic, and spoken discourse. The findings demonstrate that the stylistic value of phraseological units is determined not by their inherent semantic structure alone, but by the selective activation of specific semantic layers within particular contexts.
