Particular attention is given to measures aimed at enhancing healthcare services for mothers and children, developing healthcare institutions, and strengthening preventive care. Based on archival documents, periodical publications, and statistical data, the study analyzes achievements such as the expansion of medical institutions, improvements in the quality of healthcare services, and initiatives focused on promoting a healthy generation. At the same time, it investigates the material and technical challenges that emerged during the period of economic transition and their impact on the healthcare sector.
