"This article explores the potential of the art management approach in developing and managing students’ innovative and creative activities in the context of global digital transformation and the knowledge economy. It argues that the contemporary mission of higher education institutions extends beyond the transmission of knowledge to fostering students’ non-standard thinking, creativity, and innovation skills. Using systemic analysis and experimental-pedagogical approaches, the study examines the integration of art management principles into the management of student teams and creative projects. The findings demonstrate that a creative environment based on art management principles significantly enhances students’ innovative initiative, creative potential, and ability to generate creative solutions to complex problems.
