N2  - This article analyzes the role and significance of methodological approaches in developing the technological creativity competencies of future engineers. It substantiates the priority of student-centered, innovative, and integrative approaches in modern education and highlights the necessity of combining competency-based, activity-oriented, systemic, and individualized approaches within the educational process. Particular attention is given to pedagogical principles that foster technological creativity, including the integration of theory and practice, problem-based learning, individualization, and continuity. The findings demonstrate that methodological approaches serve as a crucial factor in shaping the professional and research competencies of future engineers.
