      "abstract": "This analytical article examines the current aspects of implementing RFID technology in vocational education institutions from the perspective of educational management. The study identifies existing management challenges related to the identification, inventory, and monitoring of educational and laboratory equipment, workshop tools and machinery, computer hardware, library collections, and other material and technical resources in technical colleges. RFID technology is substantiated not merely as a technical tool but as a digital management mechanism that creates the chain \u201cresource \u2013 location \u2013 responsible person \u2013 usage status \u2013 monitoring \u2013 management decision.\u201d The capabilities of RFID technology are linked to the regulatory objectives established within Uzbekistan\u2019s vocational education system concerning digitalization, the development of electronic platforms, and the modernization of laboratories and workshops. Finally, the article proposes a system of indicators for RFID-based resource management and a mechanism for the phased implementation of the technology.",
