Based on factual material, the structure and form (translator's legend; initial protocol; main part; final protocol), the history of the creation of bilingual - Turkic-Persian texts of petitions of the Bukhara ambassador Ishkuzei Nagai, written by pagans (mullahs), as well as their Russian translations made by translators of the Ambassadorial Prikaz of the 17th century are analyzed.
