Анализируется влияние целостной организации целей, содержания, методов обучения, оценки и рефлексии на формирование профессиональной направленности обучающихся. На основе метода педагогического моделирования была разработана и апробирована модель, которая была экспериментально проверена в Национальном педагогическом университете Узбекистана имени Низами с участием 97 студентов. Результаты исследования показали существенный рост уровня профессиональной мотивации в экспериментальной группе и снижение доли низких показателей. Сделанные выводы подтверждают эффективность системного подхода к организации дидактических процессов в развитии профессиональной мотивации студентов.2026-01-01Article
