N2  - This article provides a scholarly analysis of the development of cultural life, scientific progress, and library activities during the era of Amir Temur and the Timurids. The study examines the key directions of the Timurid state's cultural and educational policies, the establishment of palace libraries, and the traditions of preserving manuscripts. Particular attention is given to the scientific and cultural environment during the reigns of Mirzo Ulugh Beg, Alisher Navoi, and Husayn Bayqara. The findings demonstrate that the Timurid period represents one of the most significant stages of the Central Asian Renaissance.
