%T EMPIRICAL-METHODOLOGICAL DESIGN AND INSTRUMENTAL PSYCHODIAGNOSTICS OF STUDYING GOAL-DIRECTEDNESS IN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
%X This article provides an empirical analysis of the psychological mechanisms and dynamics of goal-setting formation in a sample of N=310 students. The reliability and validity of the diagnostic complex were confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. The results showed a disproportion between the motivational, cognitive, and volitional-emotional components, as well as positive inter-stage dynamics.
