%T SEMANTIC-STRUCTURAL GROUPING OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TERMINOLOGY IN THE UZBEK LANGUAGE
%X This article examines how artificial intelligence terminology is being formed in the Uzbek language and proposes its semantic-structural classification. The rapid development of digital technologies in recent years has introduced many new terms, a large share of which remain unsystematized, with several competing variants sometimes used for a single concept. The study applies descriptive, componential and comparative-typological methods, grouping terms according to three criteria: origin, morphological structure, and thematic meaning. The findings show a predominance of calquing and multi-word terms, with terms concentrated mainly in the groups related to algorithms and models, and to natural language processing. The conclusions may be useful for compiling terminological dictionaries, translation practice, and preparing teaching materials.
