	bibo:abstract "This article examines the figurative and evaluative characteristics of concepts in Uzbek dialectal phraseology from linguo-cognitive and ethnolinguistic perspectives. The primary objective of the study is to identify the ways in which conceptual content is represented through imagery in dialectal phraseological units and to determine the mechanisms underlying the formation of evaluative semantics. The research employs semantic component analysis, the conceptual metaphor and metonymy framework, pragmalinguistic analysis, and quantitative processing of phraseological card-index materials. The empirical basis of the study consists of a phraseological card index of Uzbek dialects, materials collected during dialectological field expeditions, and data from explanatory dictionaries. The findings reveal a three-layered structure of figurativeness in dialectal phraseology and identify the axiological features of evaluative meaning, while also demonstrating the cross-dialectal variability of conceptual imagery. Furthermore, the study substantiates that the conceptual core and periphery of phraseological imagery are closely associated with dialect-specific cultural experience and communicative norms."^^xsd:string;
