An adaptive cycle consisting of diagnosis, externalizationof experience, collaborative analysis, critical reinterpretation, instructional redesign, andmeta-reflection is proposed. The study argues that Japanese experience should be adaptedto Uzbekistan’s pedagogical culture and credit-module system rather than transferredmechanically.
