%X The article examines technologies for implementing Atsuko Watanabe’s and NaomiMiyake’s reflective learning ideas in higher education. It clarifies the functions of reflectivejournals, evidence-based dialogue, constructive interaction, cognitive externalization,video analysis, and e-portfolios. An adaptive cycle consisting of diagnosis, externalizationof experience, collaborative analysis, critical reinterpretation, instructional redesign, andmeta-reflection is proposed. The study argues that Japanese experience should be adaptedto Uzbekistan’s pedagogical culture and credit-module system rather than transferredmechanically.
