abstract: This article examines the Tasbeh genre, which is a novelty in modern Uzbek literature. A comparative analysis is conducted between the "haiku" genre, which is a pearl of Japanese literature, and the "tasbeh" genre, which is a vivid example of innovation in Uzbek literature, identifying similarities and differences in form and content. This article examines the role of "Haiku" in world literature, including its influence on Uzbek literature.
