The study explores contemporary pedagogical approaches, the competency-based education model, and mechanisms for developing students\u2019 social activity. It also analyzes the influence of leadership skills on students\u2019 communicative and organizational abilities, as well as their decision-making skills. The findings indicate that students with well-developed leadership competencies participate more actively in social and community life.",
