N2  - The article examines opportunities for improving pedagogical management in military educational institutions through a comparative analysis of international and national practices. The practices of Sandhurst, West Point, and Saint-Cyr are analyzed according to such criteria as educational objectives, competencies, scenario-based training, and outcome monitoring. Based on the comparative analysis, an integrative-adaptive management mechanism for the national military education system is substantiated.
