The study examines the role of speech acts in expressing communicative intentions, shaping interpersonal relationships between literary characters, and constructing artistic images within literary texts. It argues that the meaning of speech units is determined not only by their linguistic form but also by the speaker’s communicative intention, the speech situation, and the human factor. Drawing on the principles of pragmalinguistics and anthropocentric linguistics, the article reveals the functional potential of speech acts in literary discourse. date: 2026-01-01 date_type: published id_number: OJS:2297 full_text_status: public publication: Scientific and innovative research in the social and humanitarian sphere volume: 3 number: 7 pagerange: 110-113 refereed: 1 issn: 3060-5059 citation: Akramova, Surayo (2026) PRAGMALINGUISTIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PERLOCUTIONARY EFFECT IN LITERARY TEXTS AND ITS MANIFESTATION IN READER INTERPRETATION.
