N2  - A methodological and technological program aimed at developing the pedagogicalculture of contemporary teachers through an axiological approach ensures the integrationof pedagogical relationships and values. The program encourages students to thinkbeyond disciplinary boundaries, focus on the real-life application and outcomes ofassessment methods, engage with progressive perspectives, participate in innovativeactivities, and develop problem-solving skills. It also enables teachers and students toadapt to the changing needs of society and effectively utilize the opportunities created byrapid technological advancement. In organizing the professional activities of qualifiedteaching personnel, it is advisable to conduct preliminary diagnostics of their pedagogicaland intellectual potential, emotional capacity, axiological orientation, and level ofpedagogical culture development and, based on the results, apply appropriatemethodological interventions.
