abstract: This article examines the improvement of pedagogical management strategiesbased on art management in the process of preparing future philologists for professionalactivity. Along with developing future philologists’ linguistic and methodologicalcompetencies, the study substantiates the importance of creatively organizing theeducational process, managing pedagogical teams, promoting innovative ideas, fosteringcommunicative collaboration, and utilizing project-based activities and innovativemanagement approaches in pedagogical education.
