The study provides a comparative pedagogical analysis of traditional teaching approaches and innovative educational models incorporating generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, and BIM-integrated AI). The effectiveness of generative models in developing spatial thinking, creating compositions, rapid visualization, and producing didactic materials is evaluated. The article also addresses the development of AI literacy among future specialists, issues related to copyright and creative originality, and their potential pedagogical solutions.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-08-14</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2118"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2118_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
