The study is based on the structural-functional approach, social exchange theory, and the methodology of organizational sociology. Institutional, motivational, socio-psychological, and managerial factors are examined as an interconnected system, while the mechanisms through which they influence work performance are explored on the basis of empirical data. The findings indicate that work efficiency depends not only on individual abilities and efforts but also on the social environment within the organization, leadership style, opportunities for professional development, and organizational culture. The study may serve as a scientific basis for developing policies aimed at improving human resource management and enhancing organizational performance in professional education administrations.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mods:mods>
