The study explores the semantic fields of “distance education,” “online education,” “digital education,” “e-learning,” “blended learning,” “hybrid learning,” and “synchronous/asynchronous learning.” Their linguistic nature, hierarchical organization, conceptual boundaries, and cross-linguistic correlations are analyzed in light of recent developments in national and international linguistic scholarship. The article also illustrates linguistic economy and structural reduction in cyberspace, as well as the gradual specialization of digital discourse into mega-, macro-, and microstructures through specific examples. The findings provide a basis for normalizing the terminological system of the Uzbek language and standardizing linguistic units used in the cyber environment.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2128"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2128_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
