"abstract": "The phenomenon of socially dangerous and deviant behavior is one of the most extensively studied, complex, and multidimensional areas of contemporary sociology, criminology, psychology, and legal studies. Manifestations of socially dangerous behavior comprise a range of individual actions that contradict the legal, moral, and institutional norms accepted in society and pose a direct or indirect destructive threat to the health, life, or social well-being of both other people and the individual. This article provides a comprehensive overview of international and domestic research on various manifestations of socially dangerous behavior, the fundamental and applied issues addressed in these studies, and the conceptual approaches developed within this field.",
