The studysubstantiates the didactic conditions for integrating innovative pedagogical technologies(interactive and problem-based learning, case studies, moot court, and project-basedlearning) with digital tools (LMS platforms, virtual court simulations, gamification, andartificial intelligence assistants). The results of the pedagogical experiment confirm theeffectiveness of the proposed model: the proportion of students in the experimental groupwho achieved a high (creative) level increased from 14.8% to 39.6%, with the statisticalsignificance of the difference being confirmed. The findings can be applied to the trainingof future teachers within the higher pedagogical education system. date: 2026-08-14 type: Article type: NonPeerReviewed format: application/pdf language: en identifier: https://arxiv.publishscience.uz/2202/1/fulltext.pdf identifier: Mirzayev, Toxirjon (2026) A COMPETENCY-BASED DIGITAL MODEL FOR DEVELOPING FUTURE TEACHERS’ LEGAL COMPETENCE AND CULTURE: INTEGRATION OF INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES.
