The studysubstantiates the didactic conditions for integrating innovative pedagogical technologies(interactive and problem-based learning, case studies, moot court, and project-basedlearning) with digital tools (LMS platforms, virtual court simulations, gamification, andartificial intelligence assistants). The results of the pedagogical experiment confirm theeffectiveness of the proposed model: the proportion of students in the experimental groupwho achieved a high (creative) level increased from 14.8% to 39.6%, with the statisticalsignificance of the difference being confirmed. The findings can be applied to the trainingof future teachers within the higher pedagogical education system.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-08-14</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mods:mods>
