The studysubstantiates the didactic conditions for integrating innovative pedagogical technologies(interactive and problem-based learning, case studies, moot court, and project-basedlearning) with digital tools (LMS platforms, virtual court simulations, gamification, andartificial intelligence assistants). The results of the pedagogical experiment confirm theeffectiveness of the proposed model: the proportion of students in the experimental groupwho achieved a high (creative) level increased from 14.8% to 39.6%, with the statisticalsignificance of the difference being confirmed. The findings can be applied to the trainingof future teachers within the higher pedagogical education system. date: 2026-08-14 date_type: published id_number: IJCST:188 full_text_status: public publication: Modern scientific and technical research volume: 2 number: 3 pagerange: 184-191 refereed: 1 citation: Mirzayev, Toxirjon (2026) A COMPETENCY-BASED DIGITAL MODEL FOR DEVELOPING FUTURE TEACHERS’ LEGAL COMPETENCE AND CULTURE: INTEGRATION OF INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES.
