Particular attention is paid to developing the professional and pedagogical competence of class teachers, taking into account students’ individual characteristics, organizing pedagogical cooperation, and effectively using modern pedagogical technologies. The methodological framework of the study is based on competency-based, systemic, learner-centered, and activity-based approaches. Using theoretical and empirical research methods, the factors influencing the improvement of class teachers’ activities were identified. The findings classify pedagogical conditions into organizational, technological, and special groups and substantiate their interrelationship as an important factor in developing the professional, communicative, reflective, and leadership competencies of class teachers. In addition, methodological support, the use of information and communication technologies, active student participation, and pedagogical cooperation are identified as essential conditions for enhancing the effectiveness of class teachers’ activities.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2227"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2227_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
