A comparative analysis of the Russian and Uzbek translations is conducted to explore the reproduction of existential metaphors, black humor, and sociolect. The study also provides a scholarly assessment of the effectiveness of semantic and communicative translation strategies in conveying the literary work’s meaning, pragmatic impact, and the author’s style.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mods:mods>
