The study aims to identify how the model is legitimized in academic discourse, how authorial stance is constructed, and how epistemic certainty is verbalized. The findings demonstrate that metadiscursive devices function in both academic traditions as mechanisms for reinforcing the theoretical status of the model. Uzbek discourse shows a stronger tendency toward collective academic consciousness and normativity, whereas English discourse is characterized by a greater emphasis on analytical individuality and positionality.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2234"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2234_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
