Many Sufi poets effectively employed poetic devices, symbols, and images to demonstrate their mastery of artistic expression. The use of a single image in different meanings enabled poets to enhance the artistic quality and expressive power of their works and to demonstrate their poetic skill. Among such images, the image of the candle occupies a special place. As in the works of many representatives of Sufi literature, this image is used in various meanings in Alisher Navoi’s poetry. This article analyzes the couplets in which the candle is represented as a symbol of fidelity. It examines the role of this image in the literary work, its significance in artistic representation, and its function in conveying the poet’s artistic intention. Through textual analysis, the study reveals the distinctive features of the candle image and demonstrates how effectively it conveys the poet’s artistic purpose when employed as a symbol of fidelity.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2255"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2255_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
