The study examines the influence of digital communications, social networks, mass information flows, virtual identification, medialiteracy, and the system of national and spiritual values on the formation of young people’smoral views. Moral consciousness is interpreted not merely as a set of individual qualitiesbut also as an individual’s ability to select, evaluate, and interpret information and to acton the basis of social responsibility. Factors such as family upbringing, educationalinstitutions, the mahalla, digital platforms, social control, value communication, andreflective thinking are substantiated as interconnected mechanisms.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-08-14</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2267"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2267_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
