A five-component integral index is proposed for theevaluation, with component weights determined through expert assessment andKendall’s coefficient of concordance. The reliability of the methodology was testedthrough experimental work by comparing the dynamics of measurable management-process indicators in experimental and control groups, including document processingtime, labor costs for report preparation, the degree of data-driven decision-making, andteachers’ satisfaction with management transparency. The results were statisticallyanalyzed using Student’s t-test and Pearson’s χ² test. The article also provides a step-by-step procedure for the practical application of the proposed methodology.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-08-14</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2272"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2272_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
