<dc:title>ACCESS TO SOCIAL SERVICES FOR VULNERABLE POPULATION GROUPS: A SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS</dc:title>
        <dc:creator>Маматкулова, Фотимахон</dc:creator>
<dc:description>This article presents a sociological analysis of the effectiveness and accessibility of social services provided to vulnerable families registered in the “Social Registry,” using four regions of Uzbekistan as case studies. The research is based on a large-scale questionnaire survey conducted in the Andijan, Namangan, Fergana, and Jizzakh regions in October 2025. The survey involved 310 respondents and 300 specialists, with the sample formed using a two-stage stratified sampling method. Comparative interregional analysis confirmed substantial differences in the factors contributing to poverty. The study introduces the phenomenon of re-registration following temporary exclusion from the registry—the “déjà vu” phenomenon—into academic discourse as a newly identified phenomenon indicating structural weaknesses in the social assistance system. Based on the findings, specific recommendations for improving the social protection system are proposed.</dc:description>
