The research is based on a large-scale questionnaire survey conducted in the Andijan, Namangan, Fergana, and Jizzakh regions in October 2025. The survey involved 310 respondents and 300 specialists, with the sample formed using a two-stage stratified sampling method. Comparative interregional analysis confirmed substantial differences in the factors contributing to poverty. The study introduces the phenomenon of re-registration following temporary exclusion from the registry—the “déjà vu” phenomenon—into academic discourse as a newly identified phenomenon indicating structural weaknesses in the social assistance system. Based on the findings, specific recommendations for improving the social protection system are proposed. date: 2026-01-01 date_type: published id_number: OJS:2457 full_text_status: none publication: Scientific and innovative research in the social and humanitarian sphere volume: 3 number: 9 pagerange: 204-208 refereed: 1 issn: 3060-5059 citation: Маматкулова, Фотимахон (2026) ACCESS TO SOCIAL SERVICES FOR VULNERABLE POPULATION GROUPS: A SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS.
