%X This article provides a comparative analysis of the results of social sector reforms implemented in Uzbekistan from 2016 to 2025, using the Dustlik and Mirzachul districts of Jizzakh Region as case studies. Based on official state statistics, the study examines demographic indicators, wage levels, and changes in the education and healthcare systems.
