TY - JOUR AV - public UR - https://arxiv.publishscience.uz/2289/ VL - 3 TI - VMXJNR: AN INTEGRATIVE-REFLECTIVE MODEL FOR DEVELOPING STUDENTS? PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE ID - arxiv2289 IS - 9 Y1 - 2026/01/01/ N2 - The article examines the development of future teachers? professional-reflective competence in contemporary teacher education. Given the retrospective limitations of traditional reflective models (D. Kolb, G. Gibbs, D. Schön) and their insufficient consideration of cognitive load in non-standard pedagogical situations, the study integrates elements of Cognitive Load Theory (J. Sweller) and design-oriented thinking (design thinking and introspection). The study develops and theoretically substantiates the VMXJNR (Situation?Motivation?Behavior?Process?Outcome?Reflection) conceptual model aimed at developing students? professional competence. The model is structured into two interconnected blocks: Block 1 (V?M?X) functions as a ?cognitive trigger? that filters external information load, while Block 2 (J?N?R) serves as a ?cognitive amplifier? that transforms localized experience into systematic professional expertise. The model facilitates a transition from retrospective approaches to a proactive and adaptive methodology in higher education and contributes to the development of metacognitive monitoring skills.
