For each country, the study examines the architecture of the national education information system, the degree of management centralization, the culture of data use, and approaches to working with gifted students. The analysis identifies three main models of digital management: centralized integration, decentralized platform-based, and mixed (hybrid) models, and evaluates their strengths and weaknesses. The author proposes a four-stage model for adapting international experience to the conditions of Uzbekistan, with target indicators and risk mitigation measures defined for each stage.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2026-01-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_2295"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_2295_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
