      "abstract": "This article analyzes the conceptual foundations of social modernization within the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan and the philosophical significance of the principle \u201cFor Human Dignity.\u201d The study systematically examines the priority areas of modernization \u2014 human dignity, civil society, social protection, digital transformation, education, and national values \u2014 their functional interrelationships, and the factors influencing social modernization processes. The research employs methods of analysis and synthesis as well as comparative and systemic approaches. The findings highlight the significance of the \u201cFor Human Dignity\u201d principle not merely as a political slogan but as a fundamental conceptual basis for social modernization. The study also examines the interrelationship among economic, spiritual-cultural, educational, information and communication, and demographic factors affecting social modernization. It concludes that the conceptual model of social modernization in New Uzbekistan is being shaped through the harmonious integration of national and universal human values.",
